Holiday Fun!

This is such a fun way to give cookies this year... We made this adorable all edible chocolate snowman cookie jar. He was filled with cookies and was a big hit this holiday and would be a fun saturday project with kids.

Our chocolate snowman is so easy to make, yet looks like it took a long time. I simply purchased the snowman candy mold at a local candy making store, which comes in 2 parts. You then cut your mold and attach each side with clips and just pour your chocolate in the mold and let set. After snowman is done, you can paint on the face and then fill with cookies or candy.

Fun Picking Pumpkins

One of my favorite things to do every year is to pick pumpkins! Between work, baseball and so many things on the schedule, it was hard to get a date to go this year. We finally cleared a date, and off we went to find the perfect pumpkin. From the pumpkin search, corn maze, tractor ride and of the smell of apple cider and freshly made chocolate chip cookies, we all enjoyed every minute of it!
