How to get prepared for Summer Camp

It's almost summer and now is the time to get your child ready for summer camp.

It's the last month of school so you will need to begin preparing yourself and your child for this fun adventure called summer camp! This is a guide to the basics you need for choosing the best camp for your child and getting them ready and excited about it.  The more prepared you are, the easier it will be for your child.

Summer camp is an opportunity for children to explore, learn and grow and become more independent from their parents.  This can be scary for both children and their parents, but it is a wonderful experience for your children.  A fun way to help your kids prepare for camp is to let them get involved in the process. Allow them to search online with you to find the camp that best fits their needs.  Let them have a say because the more involved they are in the process, then it is more likely they will have a happy experience.  It's good to let your kids pick out some fun stationery and personalized note cards so that they can send you little notes while they are away.  It's a perfect way for them to get in touch with you and is a great way for both of you to share and save memories from this special time in your child's life.

Carries Kiddie Closet offers a wide variety of fun camp stationery that is sure to make your child smile.  All of Carries Kiddie Closet's personalized note cards and stationery can be made into a set of camp stationery.  Have fun with it!
